Case Details
This 40 year old woman had undergone bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy in Naples, Florida. She had immediate breast reconstruction with a round smooth silicone implant. She complained of excessive implant rippling and wrinkling and nipples that were too large. She sought Dr. Kent Hasen of Naples, Florida to perform breast reconstruction revision with exchange of the implants to the shaped cohesive gel (gummy bear) implants. At the same time a nipple reduction was performed.
