Plan Your TreatmentBefore your treatment, you’ll meet with one of our aesthetic treatment specialists for a consultation. Once she determines that you’re a good candidate, you’ll lie down and one of our certified medical assistants will secure the paddle-shaped applicator to your body with a strap. After the assistant adjusts the settings to meet your specific goals, the device will start emitting electromagnetic pulses that will cause your muscles to contract rapidly. At the same time, RF energy will be released and cause a warming sensation.
The treatment takes about 30 minutes. Most people find they’re comfortable enough to read or relax during that time. Once you’re finished, you’ll be free to return to your normal daily activities right away.
For a day or 2 following your appointment, you may feel some soreness in your muscles similar to what you might feel after completing an intense workout. This should gradually fade as your body heals.
We typically recommend a series of 4 sessions spaced 5 to 10 days apart to achieve optimal results, which you should see within a couple of weeks. People often opt to join a monthly enhancement program after their initial package to get one treatment per month at a discounted rate for maintenance.
