63 year old female who had prior facelift who complains of recurrent facial aging.  She did not like the fullness that recurred under her chin, the loss of definition of the jaw line with jowls returning, lip lines and decrease in lip volume, the appearance of the eyes and brow.  She consulted with Kent V. Hasen, MD, board certified plastic surgeon who is fellowship trained in cosmetic surgery and specializes in plastic surgery of the face, breast and body.  She was very impressed by his before and after photos of facelift surgery, his office staff, and his beautiful office setting with its private operating suite with overnight stay facilities to make facial rejuvenation as pleasant as possible.  The patient underwent a secondary facelift with brow lift, upper and lower eye lid lift, fat injections to the lips and deep croton oil peel to the lip lines.  She is very happy after the procedure because she still looks like herself, but just much more refreshed.
