It’s called a “hybrid” laser because it combines ablative and non-ablative wavelengths to remove tiny columns of the skin’s surface and penetrate deeper layers without harming the surface. You can choose one type or a combination of both wavelengths for the most noticeable results.

We perform HALO treatments right here in our office. Once your provider has prepared your skin with a topical numbing cream and placed protective shields over your eyes, they will guide the laser handpiece over your skin, delivering short bursts of laser energy precisely where you need it. You may feel warmth or a prickly sensation, but the device’s cooling technology minimizes any discomfort. After your treatment, we will apply moisturizing sunscreen, and you’ll be free to return to your day.
