Brazilian Butt Lift Before & After Case 312

This mid-50s woman from Naples, Florida desired improvement of the fat of the lateral thighs (saddle bags) and inner thighs.  She was referred to Naples plastic surgeon, Kent V. Hasen, M.D.  Instead of throwing the fat away from the liposuction of her thighs, Dr. Hasen recommended using it to help improve the shape of the buttocks at the same time.  She liked the idea of augmenting her butt with her own fat - known as the Brazilian Butt Lift.  She had 650 cc of fat grafted into each buttock cheek.  She is shown at 6 months after the procedure.
