Face lift with upper lip lift and fat grafting to lips and lip lines

This patient was concerned with the appearance of her mouth as well as facial aging.  She sought Dr. Kent Hasen of Naples, Florida due to prior good experience with other cosmetic surgery with his practice.  Dr. Hasen discussed the options for facial rejuvenation which included facelift.  To address the perioral aging, nanofat microneedling, fat grafting and upper lip lift were performed.  She is shown at 6 months after surgery with an imperceptible scarring below her nose.  The fat grafting has helped the volume of the lips and the fine lines.
