This 66-year-old woman was concerned with the signs of facial aging, including wrinkles, sun damage and sagging skin of the neck, jowls, eyes and brow. She met with Dr. Hasen in Naples-Fort Myers and he recommended a facelift combined with fat grafting to add volume to the cheeks and lips, along with a brow lift, eyelid surgery and a deep chemical peel (Croton Oil or Hetter Peel) of the mouth, nose, and forehead. Dr. Hasen has a fully accredited private in office operating room suite with overnight stay facilities for his patients who undergo combined procedures, such as this patient did. The patient is shown just 3 weeks after the surgery to show that many patients can make social appearances less than a month after facial cosmetic surgery.
