This patient is proof positive that shorter women can greatly improve their appearance with breast enhancement. As you can see, this woman in her mid-20s, though only 5 feet tall, gained a much sexier profile with breast enlargement. Also, being thin, she was concerned with being able to feel the edges of a saline implant, so she opted for recently-approved silicone gel breast implants. Another silicone implant benefit is that they can be placed above the pectoral muscle without being as noticeable as saline breast implants. As a result, I was able to place her implants in the subfascial plane, which leads to much less pain post-operatively and won’t cause implant displacement when the chest muscle contracts.
