Silicone Breast Implants Before & After Case 120

This 42 year old Naples woman had 2 prior breast augmentations 10 and 20 years ago.  The patients first silicone implants were under the pectoralis muscle.  These were changed to 350 cc saline implants in the subglandular position 10 years ago.  At this point, the patient sought the tertiary breast implant exchange/revision expertise Dr. Kent Hasen has amassed in his practice concentrating on cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face.  Dr. Hasen is a cosmetic surgery fellowship trained board certified plastic surgeon who practices in Naples, Florida and has patients come from all of the country and internationally as well.  Dr. Hasen revised this patient by changing the implant pocket back to subpectoral and placing smaller 300 cc silicone implants while tightening the loose breast skin with a vertical mastopexy.
