Silicone Breast Implants Before & After Case 105

This 24 year old female desired cosmetic breast enhancement in Southwest Florida from Dr. Kent V. Hasen. After a thorough discussion of risks, benefits and options, the patient decided on silicone filled breast implants. She desired the more natural look and feel of these implants over saline. Additionally, she was worried about implant edge palpability and visible rippling which may have been an issue if saline implants were used. Board certified plastic surgeon Kent V. Hasen, MD placed the implants via an inframammary crease incision in the subfascial plane above the muscle. This allowed for a quicker recovery and less distortion with the contraction of the chest muscle. The patient is very pleased with her breast augmentation results with silicone breast implants.
