32 year old female with 10 year old 500 cc saline implants who feels they look too big and causing back pain. She found Dr. Kent V. Hasen of Naples, Florida while searching on line for a breast implant removal surgeon with a lot of experience. The implants were completely removed with removal of the breast implant capsule (total capsulectomy) and the breasts were lifted with removal of the excess skin and made the areolae smaller.
