Breast Implant Removal and Lift for Patient who wants to be smaller with breasts lifted

This 44 year old female had 300 cc submuscular saline implants placed 11 years before for deflation of the breasts after childbirth.  At this time, she is unhappy with the large size of her breasts and sagging.  Dr. Kent Hasen performed a capsulectomy and removal of the intact saline implant, reattached the pectoralis muscle to the chest wall, removed 400 grams of excess breast tissue and created a breast flap from the lower, saggy breast tissue which was rotated up to the upper pole to give more fullness.
