Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 98

20 year old female who sought breast augmentation after several of her friends had cosmetic breast surgery by aesthetic plastic surgeon, Kent V. Hasen, M.D.  Dr. Hasen is a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face.  She wished to have a subtle augmentation to a small C cup.  The patient desired saline breast implants rather than silicone implants secondary to the ease of rupture detection in the future.  At 9 months, her photos are shown after 280 cc breast augmentation with saline breast implants placed in the subpectoral position from the IMF incision.  The patient is very thin and has concerns with the palpability of the implant on the bottom and outside where the muscle does not cover it.  She may need to exchange the saline implants for silicone filled breast implants to cut down on the palpability of the breast implants.
