Hasen, M.D. specializes in cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face.  The patient liked the way she looked when she nursed her children.  She desired increasing her bra cup 2 sizes from 34 B to a 34 large C or D.  Dr. Hasen was able to achieve her goal with a 375 cc saline filled breast implant placed in the subpectoral position through the inframmary incision.  The patient is shown 1 year after the surgery.  Her current bra cup size is 34 D.
