Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 47

After breast feeding her two children, this 36 year old mom experienced a substantial amount of deflation in her breasts. Like many women, she also noticed one breast sagging more than the other, so in addition to her breast enhancement at my Naples, Florida office, she also needed breast lift (mastopexy) for the left breast to even out nipple asymmetry. Mastopexy can be a stand-alone procedure or can be combined with breast augmentation surgery using saline or silicone gel-filled implants.

This patient wanted to avoid the scars associated with a more extensive mastopexy, so I performed circumareolar (around the areola) mastopexy. I also used a bigger implant (330 cc) in the smaller right breast and a smaller implant (300 cc) in the bigger, but droopier, left breast to better gain symmetry. Both implants were moderate plus smooth round saline. The patient is shown post-operatively 2 years after her Naples cosmetic surgery, and as you can see, she still looks fantastic.
