Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 119

This 22 year old female was referred to Naples cosmetic plastic surgeon, Kent V. Hasen, M.D. by friends who had prior breast augmentation in Naples by Dr. Hasen.  These happy patients keep Dr. Hasen busy with referrals by word of mouth advertising.  This patient wanted increased breast fullness in the upper pole.  Additionally, she did not like the asymmetry of her breasts, thus board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Hasen placed more saline in the left implant and less in the right implant.  The patient is shown after 1 year from breast augmentation with saline implants in Naples, Florida.  The incision for her cosmetic breast surgery was in the fold beneath the breast.  The implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle in a "dual plane" pocket.
