Liposuction Before & After Case 305

This 32 year old female was referred to Dr. Kent Hasen, board certified plastic surgeon in Naples, Florida for tummy tuck by her OB/GYN.  She had large babies and had a lot of abdominal muscle stretching with massive distortion of her belly after birth.  Despite working out, she could not correct the muscle separation and appearance of the damaged skin.  Thus, she sought the expertise of Kent V. Hasen, MD - plastic surgeon specializing in body contouring.  Dr. Hasen performed a tummy tuck under epidural anesthesia where he repaired the damaged abdominal wall and reinforced it with Galaflex surgical scaffold which adds strength to the repair as it gets resorbed by the body over 18 months.  Liposuction was also performed of the love handles to help shape the back and hips as well.
