This 38 year old man was concerned with the excess skin and fat under his chin. He did not like the lack of definition his neck had with the excess hanging skin of the neck. The patient sought the expertise of Dr. Kent Hasen after his wife had a wonderful result with liposuction and breast augmentation. The patient is shown 2 months after a neck lift with incisions under the chin and behind the ear.
