Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping) Before & After Case 145

58 year old woman who had been bothered by her nose since being a teenager.  She did not like the size of the nose, the hump on the dorsum and the appearance of her nostrils.  She was referred by word of mouth to Dr. Kent Hasen from a happy patient for her rhinoplasty surgery in Naples, Florida.  She was impressed with the results of Dr. Hasen's prior rhinoplasty surgeries.  The goal of the surgery was to lower the hump on the dorsum, shape the tip of the nose and reduce the amount of show of the nostrils/columella.  A morphed photo showing the possible outcomes of the surgery is shown to compare with the actual outcome.  Dr. Hasen performs morphing on all of his preoperative patients for rhinoplasty which gives them a good idea of what the nose reshaping surgery may do for them.
