Silicone Breast Implants Before & After Case 273

This 24 year old woman was very self-conscious of the appearance of her breasts.  She has tuberous breast deformity which can be difficult to correct.  She was referred to Dr. Kent Hasen of Naples, Florida by a friend who had breast augmentation by him a few years earlier.  Dr. Hasen suggested trying to correct the tuberous breast deformity with shaped cohesive gel 410 breast implants placed above the muscle in the subfascial plane.  The large nipple areolar complexes were handled by performing a circumareolar mastopexy (breast lift).  She extremely happy with the results even just 3 months after surgery.
