Gynecomastia Before & After Case 86

This 16-year-old had male breast enlargement (gynecomastia) since puberty that did not respond to testosterone injections. The patient underwent male breast reduction surgery by Kent V. Hasen, M.D., in Naples-Fort Myers. The procedure included liposuction. This patient underwent liposuction combined with direct excision of breast tissue and areolar reduction to produce this result, which is shown 2 months after the procedure.
