Case Details
62 year old female who underwent bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer with immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expander/implant. The patient was very large breasted pre-operatively and wished to be smaller. A breast reduction style mastectomy skin pattern was used (inverted T) to allow for lifting of the breast mound. The patient had nipple reconstruction and tattooing at a secondary procedure.
