Breast Lift Before & After Case 148

This 24 year old Naples woman had prior submuscular saline breast augmentation with 550 cc implants.  She was unhappy with the unnatural appearance, the large size of her nipple areolar complexes and the spacing between the breasts.  She was referred to Dr. Kent Hasen of Naples, Florida by other friends that had breast enhancement surgery in Naples by Dr. Hasen.  She opted for larger silicone gel filled implants with a donut mastopexy (circumareolar) to help lift the nipples somewhat and reduce the size of the areola.  The patient is much more happy with the natural appearance of the implants with the closer spacing and curves.
