Breast Implant Exchange/Revision Before & After Case 229

This 29 year old woman came down from Port Charlotte, Florida to seek breast implant revision with Dr. Hasen after researching on line.  She was most impressed with Dr. Hasen's before and after results of breast augmentation and breast implant exchange.  She had breast augmentation surgery 7 years before after having children.  Instead of a breast lift with an implant at that time, she opted for large breast implants.  She had 575 cc saline implants placed under the muscle.  Over the past 7 years, the breasts drooped further, the areolae spread and the breasts looked too big.  So she wanted to be smaller with a breast lift at this point.  Dr. Hasen exchanged the overly large saline implants for smaller silicone gel implants, lifted the breasts and made the areolae smaller.
