Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 37

This 24 year old Naples woman is shown before and after her Naples breast enhancement. She was referred to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Naples by two of her friends who had already chosen breast augmentation at my office.

Back in 2002 when I began my plastic surgery practice in Naples, Florida, I decided to focus on cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face. This patient’s biggest concern was the lack of fullness in the upper portion of her breasts, making them look far more droopy than they actually were. Because she is almost 6 feet tall, I had to use a slightly larger implant than average for her desired result.

During her cosmetic surgery, I placed 420 cc smooth round saline implants under the pectoral muscle to augment each breast. The post-surgery photos were taken 1 year after her procedure when she returned to my office in Naples. Breast enhancement increased her bra size from 34B to 34D, and she now feels that clothes fit better and her cleavage looks much sexier.
