Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 228

This 31 year old Naples woman had prior silicone breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon in Ft. Myers, Florida 4 years ago.  At the time of consultation with Kent V. Hasen, MD - board certified plastic surgeon in Naples, Florida, she was concerned with the bottoming out of her implants and the lack of fullness at the top.  She desired a more full breast, but at the same time did not want them to be so low at the bottom of the breast.  Dr. Hasen discussed with her the options for her breast implant revision.  It was decided to perform a breast implant exchange for a larger silicone gel breast implant, but Dr. Hasen created a new pocket under the muscle that was on top of the old over-dissected and too big pocket that already existed.  Additionally, Dr. Hasen recommended the use of Strattice, acellular dermal matrix graft, for support of the bottom of the breast and the intramammary fold.  She is shown at 3 months postoperatively and is very pleased with the change in implant size and position.
