Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 2

After doing a lot of her own research on cosmetic surgery options, she decided that she wanted silicone gel-filled breast implants. The only problem was that, at the time of her surgery in 2005, silicone implants were only available through select plastic surgeons participating in a decade-long research study. This patient’s breast anatomy required that I lower the inframammary fold. I placed 400 cc smooth round silicone breast implants for her breast augmentation.
