Breast Augmentation with Shaped Breast Implants Before & After Case 277

This 30 year old woman was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after having children and getting a breast augmentation.  Her prior surgeon talked her into putting 650 cc round silicone gel implants in to help give the appearance of fullness and lifting after some deflation after pregnancy.  The patient was never happy with the look, size and weight of the breasts.  She wished to be smaller and accepted the scars associated with a breast lift.  She wanted a more natural appearance and chose a shaped textured style cohesive gel implant.  She is now very happy with much smaller but still full and lifted appearance to her breasts.
