Breast Augmentation with Shaped Breast Implants Before & After Case 224

This 38 year old female was concerned with the appearance of her saline implants.  She had 2 prior breast implant surgeries to try to correct the position of the implants.  She did not like that they fell into her armpit.  She researched on line and found breast implant revision in Naples, Florida with Kent V. Hasen, MD.  She was impressed with Dr. Hasen's before and after photos of cosmetic breast revision surgery.  Since the chest muscle was causing the motion of the implant out into the armpit, Dr. Hasen suggested switching the implant pocket to above the chest muscle.  Addtionally, Dr. Hasen recommended the newly FDA approved Natrelle 410 highly cohesive gel implant to keep the implant in better position and less wrinkling and rippling in this more superficial pocket.  In addition, the gummy bear silicone implant was proven in studies to have a much lower rate of capsular contracture than other silicone implants.
