Breast Augmentation with Lift Before & After Case 135

This is a 38-year-old mother of 3 children from Naples-Fort Myers, Florida who underwent breast augmentation combined with a breast lift to correct drooping and deflation after breastfeeding her children. The patient says she was a natural C cup with good fullness before having children. She was a B cup and complained of being saggy. Friends happy with their outcomes referrred her to board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Kent Hasen in Naples. In her case, Dr. Hasen discussed the options for breast lift and breast augmentation. He said that a vertical mastopexy (lollipop scar) with breast implants would produce the best results. The patient chose silicone gel filled breast implants because of the more natural feel. The implants were placed in the subfascial plane to avoid contraction distortion with the chest muscle. Dr. Hasen used 325cc Moderate Plus Profile implants. The patient went from a B cup to a D cup with good elevation of the nipple in a more pleasing position and she is happy with the outcome.
