Breast Augmentation with Lift Before & After Case 100

38 year old female who desired lifting of the breasts after pregancy and breast feeding.  The patient wanted fullness at the top of the breasts which can usually only be achieved with a simultaneous breast augmentation with breast lift (mastopexy).  The patient had research breast augmentation on the internet and found Kent V. Hasen, M.D. - Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Naples.  After her consultation and meeting the excellent staff, the patient knew that she wanted Dr. Hasen as her surgeon.  Dr. Hasen is a board certified plastic surgeon practicing cosmetic plastic surgery of the breast in Naples, Florida.  The patient decided to go with a silicone filled breast implant placed in the subfascial plane.  With small 175 cc implants, Dr. Hasen was able to only slightly increase her size and gain upper breast fullness that she desired.
