This 57 year old female was concerned with sagging skin and fat of the neck, but did not want to undergo a formal neck lift with its resulting scars and prolonged recovery. She consulted with Kent V. Hasen, M.D. - board certified plastic surgeon in Naples, Florida. He is the first in Naples to offer a minimally invasive laser neck surgery that removes both the fat and tightens the skin. It can be done under local anesthesia or combined with other cosmetic facial plastic surgery under IV sedation.
