This 50 year old woman was concerned with the appearance of aging of the skin of the face and laxity of the neck.  She had platysmal bands which were visible in her neck.  She did not want a traditional facelift due to the downtime and costs.  She opted for Precision TX laser neck lift with plastymaplasty and SmartSkin Fractionated CO2 laser resurfacing of her facial skin.  She is very happy with her results at 1 month and even more so at 5 months.  She was thrilled to be quickly back to work in 5 days after both procedures combined.  Additionally, she did not need general anesthesia, but instead did it under local anesthesia with oral sedation.
