This 50 year old Naples woman is shown before and after she underwent breast reduction with vertical incision to reduce back, neck and shoulder pain by Naples based, board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Kent Hasen. Dr. Hasen removed nearly 3 pounds of breast tissue during the breast reduction surgery and she went from a 38 DD to a 38 C cup.
