This 71 year old female was concerned with the appearance of her breasts after prior subglandular (above the muscle) saline breast augmentation with capsular contracture. The patient found Dr. Kent Hasen of Naples, Florida when researching on line. She was drawn to his excellent results shown on line of his breast implant revision surgeries. Dr. Hasen is a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face in Naples, Florida. The patient elected to replace the implants with slightly smaller silicone implants and to have a breast lift to help elevate the nipples bilaterally.
