This 35-year-old patient wanted breast enhancement surgery after her breasts became saggy because of pregnancy and breast feeding. The Naples-Fort Myers woman wanted breast augmentation for more fullness and also needed a breast lift. She was referred to Kent V. Hasen, M.D., a Naples board certified plastic surgeon. The patient was already large, but said she wanted increased fullness in the top of the breasts. Dr. Hasen inserted small silicone gel-filled breast implants at the time of the breast lift surgery to give the patient the fullness she desired. Her photos are shown at 1 year post-op. She maintains good size, shape, symmetry and fullness.
