This 28 year old patient was referred to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Naples by a close friend and former breast augmentation patient of mine. Unhappy with her flat breast appearance, she explained that she wanted to go from a B cup to a small D cup. As you can see, her breasts just didn’t complement her trim upper body. I placed these implants under the muscle to give a more natural appearance, since the patient didn’t have a lot of soft tissue in the upper portion of her chest.
