Alissa Stefanacci - Licensed Cosmetologist - Skin Therapist
Alissa Stefanacci is a Licensed Cosmetologist and Educator, who has been in practice for more than 25 years. She grew up in Portland, Maine and moved to Southwest Florida nearly 20 years ago.
Alissa joined our staff at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Naples in 2003 as our medical aesthetician and skin therapist. She has built a strong and loyal patient following over the past 18 years while practicing in Naples, Florida. As an expert in her field, Alissa has appeared on FOX TV news where she discussed preventing sun damage of the skin. Additionally she has spoken on many occasions to various organizations on the topic of skin care. Alissa was voted one of the top 10 most successful women in Naples by N Magazine. Her latest achievement was being selected to the Allergan Aesthetic Leadership Forum which convened the leading aesthetic clinicians in the country to discuss select topics in facial aesthetics.
A consummate "people person", Alissa's first concern is the well being of her patients. By specializing in aesthetic treatments of the face and body, Alissa ensures that her patients receive the highest quality care possible. Additionally, Alissa has a vast knowledge of pre-op and post-op cosmetic surgery procedures gleaned from many years working with top board certified plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the area. Because of this, she is in the enviable position of being able to design special treatment programs that would best respond to each patient's individual needs.

Nancy Dinunzio - Licensed Cosmetologist - Permanent Make-Up Artist
Nancy has been a resident of Naples since 1974. Shortly after moving here, she entered the field of Cosmetology in 1976. Nancy decided to expand her cosmetology skills to include the application of permanent make-up in 1993. She trained at renowned Yee International Institute in Los Angeles, California. Being licensed by the state of Florida, Nancy keeps up to date with all the continuing education requirements and attends classes and programs to learn the newest and latest techniques in the field of cosmetology and more specifically permanent make-up. Nancy Dinunzio is an excellent addition to our staff as our cosmetic permanent make-up artist, which has helped expand our medical spa services for our patients.
Dellene Hasen - Practice Administrator
Dellene has been our office manager and administrator since the opening of the practice. She inspires the rest of the staff with her true passion and devotion to Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Naples. Dellene's vast health care experience in pharmaceutical sales and as a special events coordinator has given her the capability to create an atmosphere where staff and patients feel comfortable to ask questions and express concerns. With over 10 years of experience in plastic surgery, Dellene is a valuable source of information. She is enthusiastic and prepared to share her personal experience, knowledge and insight regarding many plastic surgery procedures. Though she maintains an administrative role, Dellene enjoys direct patient contact and interaction to help each patient toward a satisfying, comfortable, and realistic plastic surgery outcome.
Nina - Patient Coordinator
Nina brings with her 15 years of experience in the medical field, 10 of which have been in plastic surgery. Nina's comprehensive medical background strongly contributes to our dedication to quality for each of our patients. She is a Florida native with a genuine understanding and enthusiasm for our special patient population requirements. Her personable and enthusiastic attitude has a dynamic ability to make everyone feel at ease. Nina can offer an abundance of plastic surgery information and knowledge regarding office and surgical procedures, pricing options, general questions, and surgical availability. Nina works closely with Dr. Hasen as the patient coordinator. Her specialized talents will help make your experience and decision making process more comfortable and tangible. Marie - Administrative Assistant
Marie is a welcome addition to our staff bringing with her 13 years of medical office experience and 5 years of administrative experience. Marie is originally from Ohio and has lived in Southwest Florida for the past 10 years. She recently finished Cosmetology school in which her studies included esthetics, hair, and nails. Marie's warm personality will make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She would be delighted to answer any of your questions regarding procedures, pricing, and appointment availability.
Arlene - Medical Assistant
Arlene is a caring and outgoing person who enjoys interaction with people. She was born in Rochester, New York and has lived in Naples, Florida for 10 years. Arlene is a graduate of International College where she received her Associates Degree in Science. She has extensive experience in the medical field over the past 10 years. As our medical assistant, Arlene makes everyone that she comes in contact with feel at ease. She treats all of her patients with kindness, respect and compassion. Arlene is very genuine to others, enthusiastic about the care she gives and creates an enjoyable atmosphere that brightens everyone's day.
