To Schedule an Appointment:

For an appointment with either Dr. Hasen or our medical aesthetician/skin care specialist, please call our office at (239) 262-5662 or toll free at (877) 218-8843 Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time.

After Office Hours:

In a life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

For non-emergent, post-operative questions, concerns, or appointments, call our office at (239) 262-5662 during regular business hours. If you need to contact Dr. Hasen after hours or on the weekend, call at (239) 262-5662 and follow the instructions to have him paged by the answering service.
